Aura Onni prepares every order with care. We do not sell used or damaged products.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the situation and guide you through the return process.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 2–15 business days, depending on your provider.
How to Request a Return Please contact our Customer Service team and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- A photo of the shipping label (if the wrong item was received)
Once received, we will review your request and respond with next steps.
Return Eligibility Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. We cannot accept returns in the following situations:
- The item was purchased from a third party
- The product has been used or intentionally damaged
- The request is made more than 14 days after delivery
- Delivery failed due to customer error (incorrect address, unavailable recipient, etc.)
- A change of mind or ordering mistake
Aura Onni does not currently offer exchanges.

Fair Use To protect the integrity of our service, Aura Onni may decline returns in cases of repeated or abusive requests. This ensures we can continue offering careful, consistent support to all clients.
